Indoor Air Quality Inspections
Air Allergen and Mold Testing has a variety of methods to sample the indoor environment for mold, particulate, allergens, bacteria, VOC's and other irritants. Combined with an inspection and personal interview, the results of the sampling can provide guidance about what you can do to reduce the harmful effects the indoor air can have on your health. If water damage occurs or remediation is necessary, Air Allergen and Mold Testing can provide valuable information that may help you avoid hundreds or even thousands of dollars in damage or unnecessary expense. Air Allergen is most often able to schedule an appointment the same day or within 1 day of your inquiry.

Air Allergen's typical air quality inspection report includes:
1. Guidelines to interpret the lab analysis for each type of sample;
2. A summary chart of whether each sample results are within or outside of the cited guidelines;
3. The significance of the sample results;
4. The inspector's observations about each area sampled;
5. Suggestions to improve the inspected areas if needed;
6. Guidance about maintaining future indoor air quality and reduce future mold growth;
7. Concluding remarks and cautions;
8. Information about how the mold sample guidelines were established;
9. Remediation guidance and suggestions when remediation is considered;
10. Studies in support of good indoor air quality;
11. Each report includes one or more microphotographs of what was found in the samples.

Most people spend up to 90% of their time indoors. Inhaling unseen particulates, mold spores, and other pollutants in the indoor air can result in adverse health symptoms ranging from quality of life issues such as allergies, headaches, coughing, depression, asthma and COPD, to life threatening diseases like cancer. For many, measuring and improving indoor air quality is a cost effective alternative todoctor visits and costly medications that treat symptoms rather than addressing the problems caused by contaminants in the indoor air.

Once your situation and concerns are understood, Air Allergen will collaborate with you to establish a sampling and inspection strategy that addresses your concerns, determine the cost, and set an appointment for an inspector to visit the property. When it comes to your health, what you breathe matters. Call us toll free at 844-263-6103 or 770-938-4861 to discuss your concerns, establish an inspectionand sampling strategy, and schedule an appointment. Customer Survey
"I was very satisfied with their services."
Travis P.

"They were definitely very helpful and would highly recommend them."
Matt W.

"The man who came out to test was very nice and gladly answered all my questions. He called and talked with me about the information and explained it all thoroughly and went over ideas with me. He went out of his way to make sure we understood the entire process and results. He was willing to speak with us, our real estate agent, and the seller as well. He also made a point to write up the report immediately so we had it when we needed it. We will definitely use this service again and recommend them to others."
