Like any part of Florida, homes and commercial buildings in Pinellas Park can develop mold. If you or a family member has been getting sick or having allergy episodes, you should get the quality of air tested and inspect your home for mold.

Air Allergen & Mold Testing offers complete mold inspection and testing service in Pinellas Park. We provide detailed information in a report, containing data, and remediation recommendations.

Full Service & Detailed Reporting

Mold can be tricky to find sometimes. We’ve had many clients with leaks on their roof and mold growing in the attic without them knowing. Over time, mold growth can develop into more dangerous types of toxic-like mold and cause much more damage.

Our team is prepared and trained to check your home from top to bottom. We take all the samples we find needed for the most detailed reports. The report will contain the information, photos, and notes made during the inspection, plus the lab study with the percentages of mold in the different samples and remediation recommendations.

The turnaround time for a mold spore trap analysis report is one day, but if there are other particles like dust, the results can take up to 10 business days. We keep you informed during the entire process and answer all questions after getting the lab report.

Protect Your Property From Mold

Most of the allergies and respiratory problems can go away by getting rid of the mold and improving the air quality in your home. We don’t offer remediation services, but the lab report you get will give specific recommendations according to your needs and the type of mold found.

Mold is one of the most significant pollutants of indoor air; the earthy and humid smell can sometimes be overpowering and annoying. Allow Air Allergen & Mold Testing helps you improve the way you’re living.

More About Pinellas Park

Pinellas Park is a city located in central Pinellas County, Florida, United States. The population was 49,079 at the 2010 census.[5] Originally home to northern transplants and vacationers, the hundred year old city has grown into the fourth largest city in Pinellas County, the most densely-populated county in Florida. The city and surrounding areas are almost completely urbanized. Pinellas Park contains a substantial portion of the “Gateway” area of the county, targeted for future infrastructure, residential, and commercial development as it sits roughly in the middle of the Tampa Bay area’s over two million people. Though technically land-locked, its borders lie only a few miles from Tampa Bay to the east, and Boca Ciega Bay and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. The city is known for its popular equestrian facilities and events, and many residents also participate in fishing and water activities in nearby venues.
