How Pricing Works

Two Parts: One Base Price, Plus Lab Fees

Air Allergen homeowner pricing is built in two parts so you can see exactly what you are paying for. The base price covers the trip, the on-site inspection, the sample collection, and the basic report.

Lab fees are the per-sample charge for analyzing each sample we collect. Knowing both up front means no surprises when the report lands.

  • Base price: trip, inspection, sample collection, basic report
  • Lab fee: analysis and reporting per sample
  • Travel beyond 40 miles billed at $2 per mile

Why Transparent Pricing

No Surprises Between the Quote and the Invoice

Pricing exists in two parts so you can see what each part of the service costs. Most homeowner visits land squarely on the base price plus a handful of lab fees, and the quote you get on the phone is the invoice you pay.
  • Quote on the phone matches the final invoice
  • Lab fees billed per actual sample, not by package
  • Rush and specialty analysis quoted up front
